FIBC Filling

We are currently able to offer machines with:
 -Stamped or Unstamped Weighing systems.
 -Raising/Lowering Arms for FIBC removal by pallet truck.
 -Stretching during filling for stable FIBCs.
 -Fixed or Adjustable Height Vibrating Table for de-aeration during filling.
 -Inflating Bladder or Mechanical Neck Clamps
 -Liner Inflation for tubular and tailored liners.
 
 

Our machines are often designed specifically for an application where variation in product characteristics means standard machines are not suitable.
Robust structures and ease of maintenance are major features of our designs.

We offer machines for single size FIBCs or with adjustable height Static or Vibrating Tables for varying height FIBCs. The machine below utilises a Fork Truck to move the Vibrating Table to the required position for optimum filling.

This all Stainless Steel Machine has an Adjustable Height Vibrating Table, raised and lowered on a Pneumatic Jack. Sliding Arms and Neck Ring allow the Operator to easily attach the FIBC Loops and Filling Spout.

In addition to filling FIBCs with Granular Product, Tote Bins can be filled with Highly Fluidised Powders. The moving Bladder Head with removable Clamping Ring produces a Dust Tight Seal on both types of container.
