Pneumatic Massagers

The action of our pivoting Massager Arms promotes flow of most products due to the Lift and Release action concentrated immediately above and around the FIBC outlet spout. Low density products which will not naturally fall through the spout are aided by the manipulation of the outlet and the releasing of the product. Powders which are damp or naturally compact under vibration are more successfully handled with Massagers.

Massagers are supported on substantial bearing assemblies ensuring reliable low maintenance operation.

Single or Twin Pneumatic Cylinders produce a constant and easily adjustable force to manipulate to lower section of the FIBC.

Guided parallel Arms distrubute the force across the full width of the FIBC. For products which form a rigid 'cake' in the base of the FIBC, attachments to produce point loads can be fitted.

Guarding of the Massager Arms, combined with an interlocked Access Door, produce a safe Operator environment.

Massager operation can be interlocked with level detection in the downstream process or with simple manual controls .
