FIBC Vacuum Discharging

The Vacuum Discharger is the ideal method of emptying FIBCs using a Vacuum Transfer System.

The FIBCs do not need to be lifted from their pallets, eliminating the risks and costs associated with Hoists and Fork Trucks.

The Vacuum Discharger forms a simple dust tight seal with the FIBC infeed spout minimising the risk of product and atmospheric contamination.

Flat bottomed FIBCs can be emptied without the problems of blade sharpening and strands of FIBC material contaminating the product.

Part emptied FIBCs can be removed without the need for choking the outlet spout, and the FIBC is automatically exhausted when empty, enabling the Operator to dispose of the FIBC without expelling dusty air.
